Metrinsic Solutions is a business consulting firm. We specialize in SAP Business Intelligence consulting and staffing in the commercial and Federal Government markets. Our success is based on the simple fact that our resources are top notch IT professionals. Many large firms see a fundamental difference between selling and staffing. A common consulting business model is to concentrate on selling a project first and worrying about staffing it later. Our success is not based on our ability to sell, but our ability to deliver quality consultants to our clients.

Metrinsic Solutions was founded in 2007 by Timothy Korba and Robert Jerome

Robert Jerome - Founder/Principal

Mr. Jerome has over ten years of experience in SAP implementations and consulting. Robert has consulting experience with large clients in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Finance Industries as well as for the US Federal Government. He has served in the position of team lead as well as a development team member. He holds an undergraduate degree in MIS from Loyola College in Maryland and an MBA from Loyola as well.

Timothy Korba - Founder/Principal

Mr. Korba has over ten years of experience in SAP implementations and consulting. Tim has consulting experience within the private (across multiple industries) and public sectors as a developer as well as handling team lead responsibilities. Tim has an undergraduate Computer Science degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
